I went to a rave completely sober—stone-cold Steve Austin sober. In a warehouse packed with hundreds of people, I was probably one of the few who could pass a field sobriety test. And honestly? It was empowering as hell.

The music was loud, the energy was unreal, and the memories were crystal clear the next morning.

Somewhere during the night, I had a thought:
If something terrible happened right now, I'd probably be praying to every god that's ever existed to keep me and my friends safe.

And that's when it hit me:
